You can discover a world of cooking at Stride Catering in one of our Café's. You will prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, many of which are served to staff and other learners. Combing work experience with the theory of hygiene and food preparation, you will develop the skills required to give you a good foundation to work in the catering industry.

Venture:
Venture is a five week taster course that will provide you with an introduction to up to five potential careers, open to age: 16 -18
