Awards

STRIDE has achieved significant local and national recognition over the last few years for their contribution to the community. This has included winning the Leicestershire Business Award in 2005 for "Contribution to the Community". Just prior to this, STRIDE was also a winner in the Royal Bank of Scotland Inner City Awards, being recognised as the 20th fastest growing Social Enterprise in the UK.

In 2007, as recognition of our work in providing support and vocational training for disadvantaged young people in Leicester through the E2E programme, we was awarded the Rathbone E2E Provider of the Year. This is a fantastic achievement for our dedicated team at STRIDE as they have never lost sight of their purpose and their students who are able to benefit from their efforts and dedication. These awards are a fantastic acknowledgement of their commitment.
